Hello all! Happy Hump Day! The best part of my new job other than the job itself and the fact that I can walk to work is the fact that I have Monday off. I've been trying to utilize all of my Monday free time, but this week, I took off and had a fun social Monday!
I drove over to Winston-Salem to see one of my best friends, have brunch, and she was nice enough to take these fabulous pictures for me. One of my favorite things is being able to sit down with friends over some good food and catch up and discuss life.
This week in North Carolina has been my favorite type of weather. It's been a little cooler, in the high 70s, low 80s, which has been a nice change. I like it because I can layer and do interesting things with my outfit, but it's still nice enough that you can be outside and be comfortable.
This shirt is great for this kind of weather because it is sleeveless but is also made of a thicker material so it gave me a little warmth. It also looked adorable under my leather jacket when I went out to dinner! The
necklace and snarky purse were the perfect final additions to make this outfit. Until next time, XO
